Who's leading the event?

Our movement has been hijacked by the neocon base. Can you imagine the field day the media will have as they belittle the tea party movement by using the names of spokepersons like Sean Hannity and Palin and other rich neocons? The tea party movement will go down the tubes. We should have had the name copywrited.

They are probably doing this in response to the new poll that came out saying that a candidate running under the label of a "tea party" candidate, has a much higher chance of winning that one under the label of "republican".

You can't copyright words, you can trademark them but tea party is such a broad term that I doubt it would be allowed.

Yeah, they did steal the name.

But the reason why there are polls about a "tea party" candidate is because of the tea parties. There have been a good number of pretty huge tea party events throughout this entire year.

Basically, this whole "tea party" thing is people who don't like what Obama is doing, and don't like that the Republicans have become RINOs.

I would suspect, but don't know this for sure, that a good number of Ron Paul's supporters are supporting the 2009 tea parties.

Some Ron Paul supporters are antiwar Democrats, who think neocons are
just as bad as Obama. Other Ron Paul supporters are Conservative Republicans
who want smaller government, don't have foreign policy as their number 1 concern.

Considering the history of the neocons (leftist who became republicans in order to advance their agenda by stealth) how are they any different from Obama?

Committees of Safety had an absolutely FANTASTIC tea party in Boston yesterday. Did the "neo-cons stole our movement" defeatism stop them from having it? Did it stop Edwin Vieira, Garrett Lear, Dan Itse, John McManus, Walter Reddy, Jen Coffey and other real patriots from participating? NO. Stop whining and start doing.

The whole truth and nothing but the truth.

This 'tea party' needs to be outed as a scam.
