Good gravy people! You have to understand that he'll get SLAUGHTERED by his own base if he takes the matching funds, right along side the people outside the base... He can explain away the earmarks, because he's just passing them along from his constituents, after which he votes against them. But if he takes the matching socialist campaign funds, he'll sink his own battleship!
