You guys, Obama is announcing that we're leaving Afghanistan! I mean, first we're going to increase troops by 50%. But, later, we will leave!

Also, he will announce that he's going to quit smoking! He's going to quit after he smokes 1000 more cartons, but forecasts he'll be smoking less by 2014!

Also, George W Bush has announced that he's quitting drinking! First, he's going to INCREASE the amount he drinks, so as to finish the job, which is about 50 cases of Jack Daniels in his basement, but he will reduce his drinking gradually in several years!

Also, Bill Clinton is going to stop banging interns, gradually! First he will bang more interns, in the short run, so as to finish the job, but eventually, he will bang fewer interns!

Also, Charles Manson is going to be released from prison! He has to "finish a job". We all know that finishing jobs is the best thing you can possibly do in ANY situation!
