Ron Paul stated one time, if he were not running in 2008, he would have like to see Chuck Hagel get the Republican nomination. All because of his Foreign Policy.

IF Ron Paul were to run in 2012, would Chuck Hagel be a good running mate or at least be in his cabinet?

ya that is what is bad bout him -- his economic policies. He also is a fan of Tariffs.

He's come out recently against the war in Afghanistan so that's a plus. But right now I can't vote for someone that voted for the bailout. Regardless, running mates are generally not picked until after the primary. Should RP win the primary I wouldn't want to hurt his general election campaign just because he couldn't find a clone of himself for VP.
