"The Press" is not the news media or any commercial interests, no, not at all. Though we generally think of them when we hear that term used, the commercial media are only protected by the bill of right in the Constutution.
The original intent was to protect individuals in their quest to print up pages of their own crazy propaganda. That's right. It is all political propaganda with some of it being popular.
For me, the best way to print up propaganda is by using only one side of a page because it functions a lot like a scroll allowing the reader to read without becoming distracted by turning the page over to read the other side. Yet, the idea is limited not being endless like a rolled up scroll can be and thus simple to understand.
This is what we need to do. We need to print up a lot of crazy propaganda while using our property (this would be public property) to pass it out.

The idea isn't to print up propaganda to politically manipulate others. After all, one can't improve on the self evident, unalienable natural law declared by our Christian Founding Fathers. The idea is to take back ownership of public property from tyranny. One acheives this by using that property to pass out political propaganda.
