This is Dennis' wife Elizabeth Kucinich from Essex, England.
She's a 29 year old 6' tall redhead with a pierced tongue.
Dennis is 64 and 5'5".
Someone want to tell me how he pulled this off? :p

Actually, I might point out that she's a socialist, too.

Her web page is gone now, but it was pretty trippy. Think "new age karma type." She told the story about their meeting in the third person, which always irritates me.

Dennis' bachelorhood became part of his run for president last year, with a contest held to find him a mate. The dates didn't pan out, but something unusual happened in the spring of 2004, a year before he met Elizabeth. A group of supporters he visited in Brooklyn, N.Y., painted an 8-foot-long banner, heralding "Dennis Kucinich, the Peace Candidate."

The detailed painting had a series of figures, people of all races and ethnicities forming an even row, from one side of the banner to the other.

Dennis put the banner away, and forgot about it until a few weeks ago. Then he took it out of the box and unfurled it to show Elizabeth.

Stunned, he said, "Wow."

In the middle of the row of painted figures, standing head and shoulders above all of them, is a woman in a white gown, with long red hair.

MONEY Talks!

Dennis doesn't have any money though. He still lives in a lower-middle class neighborhood in Cleveland. Most of his Congressional salary probably goes to rent in DC. :)

That's the answer right there. She gets whatever she wants at his expense.

I've read that Marilyn Monroe said Albert Einstein was the sexiest man she'd ever met.

Why?

Brainiacs are sexy.

I believe Dennis is wrong on his collectivist view, but he's far from ignorant and he is sincere.

:)

Yeah, she's pretty dreamy to watch during the debates, which is funny because they don't focus on any other spouses. There's some cute videos of her on Youtube. I like the one where she's blathering on about something or other in the car.

what do you think? moneyActually, he is one of the poorer candidates I think. Not even really a millionaire. Most of the other guys are worth many, many millions of dollars. Not Obama though - only a million and a half or so.

Two words: congressional pension system.

She may also be shopping around, waiting to trade up. Not unusual among the ruling classes.

oh and from http://www.commondreams.org/headlines05/1030-04.htm

But they did share some things: a desire to work for peace, concern for the environment, a strong spirituality girded by Eastern traditions and - the thing that brought Elizabeth to his office last spring - a belief that monetary reform can offer a solution to poverty.
