Wow! Great find! I love how he acknowledges racism exists, points out that it's universal, but then shows how big government regulations that strangle economic innovation do far more harm to black people than does racism. This is how to reach out to African Americans!

Your right. I think they receive the message much better when it comes from a distinguished black professor rather than a 25 year old chinese guy (like myself). Believe me I've tried, with maximum failure. Haha. I just like to ruffle feathers sometimes.

I'm guessing your read the book. Don't miss the debate with Charlie Rangel, it's pretty good.

I've heard every argument under the sun as to why blacks live in consistent "poverty". The blame is always put on something external, whether it is "racism" or "big government". This is why the problem is never fixed; it is never addressed in the first place.

I've come to accept that it is natural and normal for blacks to live in poverty in every African nation, in every American city...everywhere. Why do I accept this. Because of the empirical evidence. Even our best social engineering methods wasted billions of dollars trying to "lift them up" with disastrous results. The entire continent of Africa is completely dependent on what the rest of the world gives them. "The Ghettos" in the U.S. are just African diasporas. They are better off that African cities because of the loads of welfare dollars that are poured into black neighborhoods.

I'm sure you've come to accept a lot of other stupid things that simply aren't true too.

And no. The entire continent of Africa is not dependent on the rest of the world. Look at Ghana for a prime example of empirical evidence that you're clueless. For evidence closer to home look at Atlanta. For historical evidence look Tulsa Oklahoma from the early 20th century.

When you get done read "Black Likes - White Lies" by Tony Brown. Blacks are merely the "canary in the coal mine". The same stupid policies that have helped destroy black communities will eventually destroy white communities if you don't wake up and see the source of the problems. 50 years from now hate filled pricks from other countries will look down their collective noses at you the same as you are doing to others.

I haven't read that one, but I will. I've read Black Lies / White Lies by Tony Brown. Sounds similar to the position taken in the documentary.
