The irrefutable fact is, Congress has not be delegated a power to enter the states to tax for, spend on and regulate the personal health care decision making of the people within the respective united States!

For any member of the Senate to agree to debate the Senate health care bill this Saturday, a bill which proposes to exercise a number of powers not delegated to Congress by our written Constitution, is an unmistakable act of despotism in that such an act would ignore Article V of our Constitution which is the only lawful manner under which Congress may be granted and then exercise new powers, and requires consent of the governed by the approval of the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof.

If we can make 51 percent of America’s population dependent upon the federal government for its subsistence, (Obamacare) we can then bribe them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s productive population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Our Washington Establishment’s Marxist game plan, a plan to establish a federal plantation and redistribute the bread which labor and business has earned.

Socialists want to be God; Substituting Gods plan with theirs through planning; To create a Haven on Earth through law; Remaking man in the social engineers' image through physical and psychological penalties and rewards.

The political systems that encompass and are used to rule over this earth are simply terrible synthetic recreations of what the free market does infinitely better - the allocation of resources to serve protection for the masses and the election of those who do the most capable and trustworthy job in that regard. Lairs and thief's get washed away in the system of a free market because there are no bailouts; serve honestly or the power of the money vote will unelect you into bankruptcy. It is only in our current system of political economy that bailouts keep the corrupt in business.

And so the government grows, slowly, bit by bit, taking control of everything that secures human life. Once full control is reached it becomes the dispenser, the granter of life itself, thus chaining every one by gratitude to the power or the government.

Those who vote today to move the legislation forward to regulate our personal health care needs will in fact be agreeing that Congress has power to regulate our personal health care needs, when in fact no such power has been granted to Congress by our Constitution, and therefore, those who vote to move the bill forward are domestic enemies our constitutionally limited system of government!

Despots, and only despots, would vote in favor to move the bill forward without first obtaining consent of the governed as required under Article V of our Constitution to allow Congress to exercise the powers proposed to be exercised under the bill. Has Congress obtained consent of the governed by obtaining the approval of the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, to exercise the powers proposed to be exercise under the bill?

In fact, the majority of the people of the united States do not support the federal government meddling in their personal health care needs.

We appear to have a Congress acting in rebellion to our Constitution and the documented intentions and beliefs under which it was adopted.

And tell me, where is the Republican Party Leadership? Why have they not been in the news on a daily basis, and on every talk radio and tv show, and on the Senate floor educating the public that Obama/Pelosi Care is a direct attack upon our constitutionally limited system of government, an attack upon our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment, and an attempt to do for the people what the people of the united States have not given their consent to via ARTICLE V of our Constitution, its amendment process, which is the only lawful manner in which new powers may be granted to Congress?

Why do Republican members of Congress dither in arguing the merits or lack thereof of Obama/Pelosi Care when the primary objection is, Congress is not authorized to tax for, spend on and regulate the personal health care decisions of the people within the respective united States! Is it not clear to our Republican Senators that Congress’s powers are defined and limited as summarized in Federalist No. 45?

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State”

Are these words not given force and effect by the Tenth Amendment which states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States, respectively, or to the people.

I believe it is becoming more evident as each day passes that the leadership of the Republican Party, and most of its members in Congress, are working in concert with the Democrat Party leadership to seize an iron fisted power over the people. Why do they stand idle while tyranny is being set in motion?

And what is the truth about healthcare? Well, health insurance was never a plan to insure the nation, but a scheme to insure the rich employees of corporations at the expense of the poor employees.
So, health insurance has never worked as a solution but as a scheme. It exists today as an unnecessary enclave of middlemen in the system.
As an economy is dependent on a day's worth of pay for a day's worth of work, tyranny sets about usurping the economy by establishing other forms of pay such as tax breaks, benefits, bonuses and perks.
What is the crime here?
Well, one has to reduce tyranny down to its most basic level of the business of pimping and whoring to see it. In this business, the pimps aren't the ones who need an economy because they are part of the tyranny. The evil of tyranny will always exist regardless of the economy.
It is in fact the trespassing prostitutes who need to establish an economy because they are disadvantaged with being rewarded with too little of the wealth.
Yet, socialism still is not our solution. The problem with healthcare today is how it has never existed as an open market.
The king (pimp) on the throne has always been guaranteed his healthcare while the commoner people (prostitute) have always gone begging.

QUESTION

Why was William Jefferson sentence to 13 years in prison for receiving a measly $90,000 bribe while Harry Reid and Senator Landriew get away with a $100 million bribe?

When will these criminal despots be punished for their crimes?

Why is the Republican Party leadership not filing a criminal complaint against these two? Oh, I forgot, the Republican Party Leadership has equally dirty hands!

Our federal treasury is being plundered to buy votes to subvert our constitutionally limited system of government!
