democracy now is a funny name.... we have a democratic republic (since the constitution was killed a long time ago) and it sucks. Democracy sucks. Who wants a collective making decisions for an individual?

They're against the Fed because they don't like the big banks. We're against it because we don't like monopolized currency and central planning.

But I'm glad we're on the same team. :)

Liberals are ignorant of how regulations are always made to benefit corporate and banking interests in the first place, and of course have no idea of the ways in which a free market can be self regulating / and how the the government can and has shielded special interests from market feedback.

In sum they don't understand the "the game" (http://fringeelements.ning.com/video/the-game) (check link to see what I mean). This is a good area in which I think libertarians can reach out to liberals on, they would be interested but at the same time the reality of it would conflict with their view that more government and regulations are good.

We're NOT on the same team, we just have the same goal posts.
