Would statement "Arabs are God's Preferred Race" constitute religious racism?

If someone believed the following:

- Arabs are God's preferred race
- Arabs have the God given right to take some lands from inhabitants of other races


Would that person be technically a religious racist? If not, under what classification such a set of beliefs would you file?

I'll just say that, unfortunately, the individual you described seems to have chosen the destructive philosophy of collectivism over individualism. I'd rather not assign a label to this individual, or anyone else, regardless of how ill-conceived I believe their philosophy is.
