In case you missed the interview, it was posted on the Daily Paul website.http://www.dailypaul.com/

Believe me it's worth listening to over and over. Our Jacksonville meetup group arranged the interview with David Allen.

The Judge's new book "A Nation of Sheep" is due for release around October 21.
I was fortunate to have gotten an advance copy, which should arrive any day now.

I can't wait to get my hands on it!!

Yep, that was a very good interview, I've been using a quote from towards the end of that interview in my signature for the past week or so..

"the means is fear, the goal is power, the victim is liberty" - Judge Andrew Napolitano

I take back my comments I made on him recently saying he was on fox to much and would never support Paul.

WHOOOOO! Maybe he won't get pulled from FNC and can get some word out discretely

Andrew Napolitano is on Fox News all the time and is apparently one of the only intelligent people on that channel. Hopefully he can sway the network to respect and talk about Ron Paul more. Here's a link to the latest interview with the judge.

More likely that his show will be cancelled or Fox News will fire him. :(

Why does he keep saying that only ex-military can contribute to political campaigns?

We asked the Judge to speak at the Nashville rally this upcoming Saturday (Oct 6th) and to introduce RP as he takes the stand, but he declined unfortunately.

I have read both of the Judge's books, and all I have to say is that he should be Supreme Court Justice..... but until then he should be Attorney General

he may have declined due to contract for the new book tour, I know some authors MUCH lesser known than him that they travel ragged on book tours, with his book coming out on the 21st (ironically this is the day of the debates in florida!) "Nation of Sheep" he likely has a tight schedule already.

It is impressive he replied at all IMO

Strategically I think he would be the best choice for VP. He is well liked and adds name recognition. He would also be invaluable at converting pro-war conservatives to RP because of his built-in Fox News fan base. Besides, how satisfying would it be to steal one of Fox News' own and then defeat the neocons with him? The response from Hannity would be priceless.

two other mentions today on the radio

Glenn Beck brought up Ron Paul to an NRA guy and the NRA guy had some very nice things to say about Paul.

O'Reilly talked about Clinton having 27 million in Q3. and that Obama raised 19. then he said Ron Paul raised $3.25. HA!

However honestly I think putting the Judge as VP would be a waste of his talent. The VP doesn't do anything useful and in most cases is a figurehead. We need him as AG or on the SC where he can really do some good.

But you do make a good point about election strategy.

I talked with the Judge on several occasions, and made a similar request. Fox News prohibts any on air personality from appearing at any political rally.

Napolitano said the following in that interview:

"The President and the Congress have succeeded in scaring the daylights out of the American government.

The means is fear.
The goal is power.
The victim is liberty.

People in the government are NOT interested in protecting our freedoms, they are only interested in enhancing their own power.

Ron Paul is the only person in my memory besides Barry Goldwater, who is running for president with the idea of shrinking the government, everybody else wants to expand it, because they think it is a good thing that can accomplish good.

It is a necessary evil and it should be as small as possible."
