I do find it ironic that Trey Grayson, as head of the Board of Elections, has allowed people to register as a "Libertarian" or "Green" or whatever. Prior to Grayson, all you could be was Republican, Democratic, Independent, or Other.
If he had not made the change, one could argue that "Rand Paul might have changed his registration to Libertarian if he was allowed to."
However, now it is obvious that Rand Paul IS a Republican, since due to Trey Grayson's ruling, setting your party to Libertarian is allowed, and Rand did not set his party as Libertarian. Thank you Trey Grayson (I can't believe I said that).
