Declare the Federal Reserve System bankrupt. By process of bankruptcy law seperate the commercial accounts from this speculative garbage. In this process of bankruptcy you will absorb all commercial accounts that are according to a glass-steagal standard into a National Bank. This National Bank is to be under the Treasury and the Authority of the United States Congress.
The US Credit System as defined by Hamilton is NOT a monetarist system. Money, regardless of form, has no intrinsic value. To be honest the very idea of money having any value at all outside the relations of the mind of man is absurd. So "competing currencies" and all of that, No. That is monetarism, and we shouldn't be monetarists.
We have to do these sorts of things or else we will epically fail.
