Ron Paul was given two huge compliments as the only person (Republican or Democrat) who is against expanding our goverment. They were talking about the National ID Card and a guest (Charles) vehemently pointed out that ONLY RON PAUL is against it! The were also talking about how all the politicians in the race have no crediblity on any issue and flip-flop to get the most votes and he also said ONLY RON PAUL is against bigger goverment, he is the only one who wants goverment out of our lives! IT WAS AWSOME!!!! Someone please Youtube this.

Missed it. I turned on Dobbs for a couple minutes but the idiot host was going on about how it was a horrible idea to let the states have more control over food safety, so I had to turn it off. "Why would you give the states control when the federal government does it so well?!"

I watched NBC news tonight and they mentioned that Ron Paul was the surprise fundraiser, getting more than Biden and many other candidates. Was only a short mention, but I'll take it.
Also earlier today as I was waking up there was someone on CNBC arguing in favor of the gold standard against a moron talking about the benifits of Fiat currency. No mention of Ron Paul, but still outlined one of his issues very clearly.

Lou dobbs and Ron Paul agree on so many issues. Before i heard of Ron Paul, i just wanted Lou to be president. Now i think he should go for VP!I really like Lou and always have. I don't agree with everything he says, but he is honest and speaks his true mind. This is an issue I have had questions about because I have not fully understood it. I am inclined to agree with Lou when he talks about the global economy and the US losing so many millions of decent jobs to China and India, but many libertarians argue that the global economy is a good thing and this cheap labor results in cheap prices at places like Walmart and such. Well, yeah, prices are low, but what good is that if all your manufacturing is in India or China? Who exactly is this global economy good for? It's good for the stock holders and CEOs of the companies who ship all their jobs over seas, but it sucks for all those people who have lost their jobs and end up working at the Jiffy Stop for $6.00 an hour. I just don't have a clear picture. How is it a good thing for America to loss all it's good paying, non-professional (and many professional) jobs overseas? If someone really knows about this stuff, would you please explain it to me? What is the upside for most Americans. Frankly, I'd rather pay $100.00 more for a TV made in America.

However, I'd rather focus on areas where we agree right now.
