Obama is a social engineer. They tell you have a "choice", they will just make the consequences for not agreeing with there "choice" harsh enough that most people will do what they want. They view us as ants, children, cattle.

If you listen they are coming after the middle class again.

It looks like they're both reading off teleprompters placed off camera. Notice how Obama always looks down and rightt? The interviewer always looks up and right. What a production just to ask the President if he thinks people should go to jail for not buying health insurance. Puppet system in full effect.

I will say I think the jail threat is bullshit. There's no way they can enforce something like that. Not from an administrative perspective, an enforcement perspective, or a financial perspective.
