Every phone call, text message, email and website visit made by private citizens is to be stored for a year and will be available for monitoring by government bodies.

its already like that here.. telecoms are an arm of the gov.. contract work.

The NSA has already admitted that they already do this here in a PBS documentary called "The Spy Factory"

After 9/11 they installed splitters on all the communications hubs and now get a carbon copy of everything.

Damn UK, where the hell are your tea parties? If Obama tried this in the US, people would be screaming "off with his head!" (I suppose know someone is going to prove to me the same thing is already going on here. Guess I'd have to shut up then)
