but it looks like its under the a where there is no mark on the first pic but that coulda been before this guy "signed it"

I'm pretty sure he signed it (probably not paying attention or just not fully understanding what the signs point was). When I was watching the Ed Show (during the segment went Tancredo left), they had video of the people waving it around. I was wincing whenever they were showing that clip since RP's signature is so plain and clear. Luckily, they only zoomed in and highlighted King's signature :-)

If you look in the second picture, King had already signed the sign. It's pretty clear he is doing a second autograph at that point.
