Uncontrolled, violent animals. I'm going to be extremely angry, but not the least bit surprised if they skate on this.

The victim is suing for $75,000 and a reprimand for the officer???

$75K and a reprimand???

If I were the mayor/police chief or whomever is responsible for making the call, I would settle that suit in a microsecond for those terms.

I don't care, and neither would a jury, about what transpired before the video started. It's clear at the beginning of the clip that the man has both hands on the car and is not resisting in any way, shape or form.

I'm surprised the lawsuit isn't running at a million or better.
