They pulled those kinds of tricks on nearly every single piece of polling information they put out in 07/08. Of course, there is no conspiracy, it would be silly to think that ;)

They did the same thing to the Democrat leader if you scroll down. The leader is listed second.

I think we are headed for a shit storm. The military/industrial complex cannot take lightly the idea of a senate encroached upon with senators touting the Ron Paul Revolution platform. Look how much of a thorn in their side Ron Paul is from his U.S. House position. And with the possibility of Schiff winning also.
