We need a new amendment to the Constitution...one that prohibits people like this from voting.

sorry but they are free to vote, and with ron paul would be truly free to live their life how they wish, they should not be prohibited from voting, somehow I think they won't vote anyway so the issue is not important.

The only people who aren't allowed to vote are people who are so lazy that they won't go to the polls, so stupid that they can't find them, or so uninformed as to not know when and how to vote.

This is a natural system to eliminate those who shouldn't be voting- and why I deeply oppose online voting no matter how secure it could be.

I'd like to know how many he interviewed to get so many who didn't know the answer.

I laughed so hard when that guy didn't know and he was wearing the 'Karl Rove ruined my country and all I got was this t-shirt'. Don't make a political statement unless you know the basics of our political system.

Second-hand story on voting rights: someone worked at a facility for housing and supervising... umm.... people with well below-average IQs. Every election day, the residents of said facility would be rounded up and carted to the polls in order to do their "civic duty." In many instances, the councilor/supervisor/whatever-the-guy-watching-them-is-called would tell them how to vote, since they didn't have an opinion.

Even with outrageously wrong instances like the above, you'd cause far more problems trying to define who can and can't vote rather than just let everyone vote.

He states it in the video 47% didnt know.
I think he says he interviewed 36 people.
