SO far in our ballaprk that we can reach are
EDWARDS said 7 mil
Clueless Fred said 8 mil
War Monger McCain 5 mil
Richardson said 5.2 mil
Romney & rudy probably at 10 mil or so est.
Now RON PAUL waits and than BAMM 6-7 mil why 6-7 mil well
He raised 1.2 in last 7 days online does NOT include checks mailed in, All that MEETUP Group money from the contest, All the private fund raisers at $500 & 1,000 a plate he had.
RP will shock the world and then they will get MAX pub we hope in this censored world. I see the WSJ put out a piece he got 3 mil, I don't believe it especially when Murdoch has influence on that paper, a Neo-Con to the max, will he retract the article when the REAL NUMBERS hit or will we eat crow?
ANd this is all done with NO TV time like the bought candidiates listed above.

Yes, that would be good.
I have a feeling that RP will have substantive numbers to show as well.
However, we need to maintain and build this grassroots effort for our movement.
Let me say it again, We need to maintain and build this grassroots effort for our movement.
Be dogged, because chances are it's about to get ugly in MSM.
Be dogged.
This will be the key me thinks, and with this will come more campaign funds.

No not really...WSJ said 6 million for the year so that locks this quarter pretty close to the 3 million mark.
From my estimates that is off by at least 1 million but probably 2 million. I guess he could have raised 1/3 of his money in a week but I suspect he raised more than the WSJ was saying. :)

I think it's going to be VERY high, all the in-pseron fundraisers, plus the meetup competition, plus the fill the quill, plus the birthday donations... i mean think about it!

The media has really been pushing McCain to the front because of Ron Paul beating him in cash on hand last quarter. When a "journalist" comes out and shows his true bias by announcing Ron Paul has no chance of ever winning (George Steph) right to the candidates face, you know something is wrong in the media.
Probably going to let us know they saved a fortune on car insurance by switching to Geico. :D

That's the thing I love about this forum, I click post/thread, I'm all serious and stuff and it's a curveball.
We gotta have some humor every now and then.
Sometimes I think I take this way too serious, but I can't help it.
Good one.

But the only presidential candidate in either party who appears to be seriously bucking the trend of a third-quarter drop-off from earlier fund-raising is Representative Ron Paul, the Texas Republican. Paul's campaign expects to raise "substantially more" than the $2.4 million it took in during the second quarter of 2007, spokesman Jesse Benton said.
The campaign announced yesterday it took in $1.2 million in online donations just during the last week of September. Paul, from the libertarian wing of the party, is the only Republican presidential hopeful who opposes the war in Iraq.
