By the way for those who haven't seen it, you can click on "More From: reddit" and watch Ron Paul answering 10 questions (reddit.com's first interview is with him).

Second time I've heard him describe the issue in such a partisan way (how he as chairman and the democrats have handled it relative to the Republicans), and I've only heard him speak on the subject twice. No one cares.

The so called "must pass bill" you are stapling it to sounds like crap.

Must pass bill are not a sure thing. I do think Frank is going to do good on Ron Paul, other wise Ron would be pushing him and talking to us about him.

Id really like to see a date when 1207 will go to a vote with the primary legislation it will be attached to.

Yeah, what is this "Regulatory Reform" bill it will be attached to? Will it contain a bunch more stupid regulations on our economy? If that is the case then most of the Republicans co-sponsoring the bill may end up opposing the bill despite the part added in about Auditing the Fed.

This worries me.

So tired of EVERYTHING being partisan. They (Republicans and Democrats) just cant do their job with out taking a jab at the other team.

The "must pass bill" story is garbage. This bill is not controversial, it has over 300 sponsors and supported by the public, it doesnt need to be attached to another bill in order to pass.

It's the Senate where it could get hung up. I agree it's a slam dunk in the House.

He is right though how the Republican leadership did everything it could to keep Ron Paul from that subcommittee chairmanship.

OK - that is the FIRST time I've had anything CLOSE to a possitive thought about Barney Franks... I'm still not that impressed....

HA!

I noticed that too - If I were going to shoot a YouTube vid, I think I would clean my desk off... or at least pick up the newspapers in the background.

And what's that white thing on his desk with the orange buttons???

I do agree with him on the whole "bi-partisan" crap. If something is bi-partisan or created by a consensus, it will probably be useless if not down-right harmful and contain only the worst ideas of both sides.
