This is old news but I think it is important to review with the Obama hand now claiming the right to control every salary of the banks.
I think this has to be considered because this is exactly what was told to the bank executives.
It is stated clearly in the talking points of Paulson the that if a bank didn't wish to take the bailout they Will be required to take it through their regulator.
