You'll need your voter's registration card handy, it asks for precinct #. Registration ends November 30th. You have to be registered republican, if you're not registered or registered Independent/Democrat, there's still time, but you have to go down to the county clerk's office in your county and switch registration. It only takes a few minutes, once you're switched you can go to the link above and register for the January vote.
If you have issues with registering republican, you vote in the primary you can switch back and still vote in the general, and in the general election you can vote for whomever you wish.
If you're a Democrat but like Dr Paul, this is your chance to have your voice heard this primary election season. The Democratic primary in WV is not until May, and both parties will have the nominee chosen by then. Besides, they don't print the name of the party on the voter's registration card, it's just numbers, so no one will know unless you tell them.
