Nice read, reminded me of a little quip I read at instapundit earlier:

DOES BERNANKE KNOW ABOUT THIS? (http://buzz.mn/?q=node/2639) "The Dollar Aisle has abandoned all pretense. Some items now go for $2.50, which contravenes the very foundational premise of a dollar aisle."

Dear Alan Greenspan,

You admitted that the Iraq war was an economic decision. You have in the past supported sound money. As your pennance, you must now endorse Ron Paul for president, and explain why he was right all along.

Signed,

Everyone.

Nice article. I was listening to MoneyTalk radio with Bob Brinker yesterday. He insisted that inflation was at or below 2%. A caller was asking how "Williams" - I guess he was making reference to Shadow Stats - could infer a 10% or higher inflation rate. Brinker seemed to get angry and would not allow any counter point.

Gold says inflation is raging.

Yahoo has an article that the market is running today because of another rate cut this month.

All this denial seems to follow what Greenspan said on Jon Stewart.

If you dont know there is a problem, there isnt.
if you are happy, the economy goes up.
If you are fearful, the economy goes down.

I understand now, we Paul supporters have been doing our part to crash the economy by making people look at the math and making their head hurt, thus making people feel sad and crashing the econony.

Math makes people sad.
