Nine-year-old to Obama: 'why do people hate you?'

"First of all, I did get elected president, so not everybody hates me."
US President Barack Obama got a blunt question from an unexpected quarter Thursday -- a daring nine-year-old boy who asked "why do people hate you?"
Obama, caught up in a divisive political row over his plans for health care reform, called on the boy, Tyren Scott, in a public meeting during his first visit to hurricane-ravaged New Orleans as president.
"I have to say, why do people hate you? They supposed to love you. God is love," Tyren, from Paulina, Louisiana asked.
Obama, appeared tickled by the question, saying "hey, that's what I'm talking about," adding "I did get elected president, so not everybody hates me now... I got a whole lot of votes."
"If you were watching TV lately, it seems like everybody's just getting mad all the time. And you know, I think that you've got to take it with a grain of salt. Some of it is just what's called politics."
Did he go on to say that his economic policies and foreign policy were responsible for shortening the lives of millions and generally reducing prosperity?

....and a media, a global financial apparatus, and a military industrial complex that hand delivered the Presidency to him.

Hey Tyren, God is Love. And God loves all people, he just happens to hate some things people do, but not the people themselves.
Understand? Perfect love means perfect judgment, live it, love it, learn it kiddo.
You can hate things people do.

I believe it is the kid not being able to seperate people from their actions.
He's heard God is love.
He's heard "they supposed to love you". (you shouldn't hate people)
He's heard people hate Obama, which some do, yet many don't, they hate Obamas actions.
What he hasn't heard is you can love people, yet hate their actions.
And the Prez goes on and muddys up the issue for the kid continuing in a round about way to equate hating a persons actions with hating the person.
A classic political move and contrary to what perfect love (God) is.

You have a cult of personality surrounding Obama. The kid is 9 kid doesnt know anything at that age so where is it coming from there parents and school teachers.
Whenever I bring up the comparison to North Korea people snicker, as though it somehow cant magically happen here.

Maybe it's because we've had the worst downturn since the great depression and you're doing all the wrong things guaranteeing this rut we're in lasts longer. Maybe people are angry because they're sick of seeing their jobs being lost to save 40 police state officers in Mpls.
