Driving to work and passed a Jeep with a First Navy Jack (Don't Tread On Me) flag sticker and a Perry 2010 sticker. Anyone else in the Houston area see this knucklehead on 45 today?

I actually know a Libertarian (yes, big L) who appears to be supporting Rick Perry for governor. Crazy!

Hey Rick Perry has countered we Medina supporters tonight on the TexasMonthly poll and over taken us.

Hmm. Maybe I should go up to my office and cast a second vote for Debra from my computer at work (wouldn't ACORN and Mayor Daley be proud of me?).

BTW, do any of y'all know any other Debra Medina forums/message boards to frequent... or places on the internet we could go support her candidacy that would be useful?

It's actually good that Debra is trailing behind Rick Perry in the poll. If the poll showed Medina running away with something ridiculous like 90%, people would discount it as a spam-job. But since she's closer to 30% the poll gains legitimacy, and thus her 30% also gains legitimacy. So now people are more likely to see the poll and say "well, Rick Perry is clearly in the lead, but look at the groundswell behind this other candidate."

"I'd write in myself" is now a distant second. Funny how those who don't support Medina make it clear of their hatred of Ricky and Kay.

Good grief, these are some odd results now...

Rick Perry
5 %
5.44 % (431)

Kay Bailey Hutchison
0 %
0.80 % (63)

Debra Medina
82 %
82.58 % (6543)

I’d write in myself
11 %
11.18 % (886)

I wonder if most (or even many) of these 6,543 people actually have any intention whatsoever of voting for Debra in the GOP primary... or if they're just trying to screw with an online poll to make Perry/KBH look bad?

they must have done some editing. Medina and Perry had much more than that last week. I guess that means we have 6543 votes without the spam!

Question for you guys: At this point KBH is irrelevant to me... but do any of y'all know of any forums or message boards on the internet for Perry supporters? While I have no intention of becoming a troll in someone else's netborhood, I'd like to go lurking through their posts to find out why people support him so I can refine my arguments in favor of Medina.

I don't really know, but I'm sure the Hannity forums could help.
