I really hate articles like this, because they still state that Ron Paul has no chance.

I, for one, am not NEAR ready to give up!!!

Sometimes I think it is part of their "strategy."

That kind of strategy depends on people in masses disregarding issues - voting for who they are told will win just to be able to say they voted for a winner.

I admit that I believe americans are generally pretty stupid but I like to think the ones who actually bother to vote are not as stupid as the larger herd.

I think I've got this figured out.

Faith based politics. They're trying to make words into reality by attempting to speak it into existance...

We're whittling them down, day by day, dollar by dollar.

It's approaching the point where they won't be able to ignore or just ridicule Dr. Paul. They'll have to take him seriously and recognize he has a determined voter bloc that isn't just going to give up and go away.

Where Dr. Paul is going to shine is in his spending.

The MSM shills have to wet the beaks of TV and newspapers, and it's going to cost them.

Yeah, this comment in the article about Paul waking up the libertarians and possibly inspiring others in the GOP to try and appeal to the libertarian leaning folks is spot on correct.

Just take a look at what Fred Thompson has tried to do with his "libertarian" policies.

The problem is that Thompson's record tells a different story than Paul's.

Don't buy that 3.5 million figure either. I predict he'll have way more. Possibly twice that number. Ron Paul is also one of the few campaigns not in debt and I think he's going to find himself right in the thick of things come primary season.

You Ron Paul supporters need to go away. You are a threat to the establishment. No one is interested in your phoney soldiers and phony constitution. We are in a war, we don’t need freedom or small government, it’s unpopular and unamerican. We need safety and security and we must kill the islams. Only Big Fred can can protect us from those radicals.
