Mike Gravel endorses Adam Kokesh for Congress
October 14th, 2009 1 Comment
In 2008, Mike Gravel ran for president as a Democrat, then as a Libertarian. Adam Kokesh is running for Congress as a Republican with the support of many Ron Paul supporters and Libertarians. Kokesh has been involved with the Libertarian Party in the past. In the following Youtube clip, Mike Gravel endorses Adam Kokesh in his bid for Congress:

I thought Gravel said we need a world order where nations can elect representatives and be represented to a world level government? Or something similar to that?

Then again its hard to remember who it was out of the democratic candidates since at least of few of them seemed a lot alike to me. I might be thinking about someone else like Dodd perhaps.

Some of his ideas are pretty out there. But he's honest and seems to care about individual liberty and peace.

What are Kokesh's chances of winning? I watched a few of his speeches just the other night, first time I checked into him. He seems like a good guy but he's a little rough around the edges and I don't know if he has the charisma to win votes. He comes off as very aggressive and I think the way he cusses is going to turn people off.

Hope I'm wrong though.

I think the videos I watched may have been to the IVAW crowd so it may have been an audience that would probably approve of that sort of thing.

I personally think Kokesh has a real chance of pulling off an upset if he is well funded because he wants to end the war.

I want all of you to send an email to Gravel telling him to release a press release about this!

Go!

This actually happened about three months ago. It's a great endorsement, in my opinion. Gravel needs to shake up the other disgruntled democrats who are disappointed in Obama and ask them to support Kokesh. Good man.

It's actually a good point.

My mother, who has read The Revolution & End The Fed, voted libertarian, and watches all of Ron Paul's media appearances like I do said "He's too militant." when I showed her the DC March speech. Granted, he's well articulated and calm in interviews and other speeches but that one really turned her away I think.
