Catherine was standing outside of a courtroom repeatedly mentioning how the citizens should not be forced to stand in the cold at a public office when a police officer told her to either shut up or go to jail and mentioned that she needed to be on a leash if anyone had one. She asked why she had to choose either and was subsequently arrested.

I know essentially who she is, how dynamic she is. But she doesn't certainly come off as insane or unhinged (like I do when I'm mad!), just the opposite, so it surprised me that she could have done anything to violate the Twitter TOS and also get reported for it.

Maybe her shiny new lawyer asked her to take it down? That would make the most sense to me.
