Join us for National Government Sucks Day on November 7, 2009, in Hillsboro, Texas. The rally will be held in the village square at Middlefaire Renaissance Festival (http://www.middlefest.com/) in Hillsboro starting at 11am. This is being branded as the World’s First Tea Party for Libertarians, Anarchists, Objectivists, and followers of Ron Paul. Font porch radicals and independents are free to attend, as well. No Astroturf’ers allowed. Hopefully, some Texas-area LRC readers will be able to attend, and that includes those radical secessionists from Oklahoma (you know who you are).
I will be a keynote speaker along with Mary Ruwart, a long-time Libertarian Party candidate and freedom activist, and R. Lee Wrights, a libertarian activist, American History buff, and creator of LibertyForAll.net. (http://libertyforall.net/)(Additional speakers to be announced.) There will be a special event by libertarian cartoonist Kevin Tuma (http://www.libertyforall.net/?cat=25): “The Kangaroo Court Military Tribunal of Uncle Sham.” Admission absolutely FREE. Hours are 11 AM until Dusk, with a bonfire at dusk. Please look up the cause on Facebook and join.
