How come this isn't being spoken about more, especially in the media?

Will the US abide by the Treaty and Law, or will they once again, massacre the sovereignty of these people? How come this isn't being spoken about more around here? I can't believe I was unaware of this. I perhaps, more than other's have a stake in this, as I am 50% Cherokee (Not Lakotah, but Indian nonetheless), but this should be a huge issue. I've also heard that Russia may recognize their Sovereignty....Anyone else have any more information regarding the current situation and their case, or possible cases?

These people seem very open, and at least, could be persuaded to follow a more Anarcho-Capitalist structure...They seem to be open to immigration, especially those who love liberty. Thoughts? Ideas?

Once I was sent to a business seminar, the lady giving the seminar gave one of the Lakotah, what little I read about them I respect them very much. I am part Cherokee also with a little Sicilian! :D

I have a great respect for Native Americans I believe they are far more spiritual evolved than we are today. i read a book once by an Hopi, learned more from that book than the readings of the entire rest of my life.
