Considering that the 1.2 million he raised recently came only from about 13,000 different donations getting 1 million people to donate to him is pretty remote.

A lot of people never donate to anyone, I'd say judging from the number of different donors in this donation drive only about 1% of RP supporters actually dig into their pocket and give him so much as a dollar, which is a shame: there are about 45,000 people who are willing to go to MeetUp group meetings for him and less than a third of those have a dollar to spare for him?

Id suggest a $1000 or $500 pledge with either 100,000 or 200,000 people respectively.

With the curent $100 pledge, to get it filled in 2.5 months, in time to actually donate before the end of the 4th qtr, we'd need over 13,000 people signing the pledge each day. Not going to happen IMO. I'd sign the $500 one.

Well it is a dream and maybe they do come true. I'm new to this pledge thing so I suppose anybody can donate what they want over $100 and just sign the pledge. If we don't have at least several million people before the primaries what chance do we have. And from what I seen, once your hooked on Ron you give money that you have never done before. At least that was true for me.

Most people don't have $1000 or $500 to donate but they have $100...which is why this is much better...which is why the $10 million pledge with 10,000 people failed miserably only getting 296 people by the deadline...

Besides if we get 100,000 people to sign this thats already $10 million
