ok, so you are talking about local/state governments and how private companies can get contracts with them. Ok, I will agree with you, but as she did run a budget surplus, I think she was doing so responsibly (unlike Federal gov't).

All I said was that the industry (government grift) was what she was there to talk about. I didn't bring up her record. I think it is obvious that the only reason they would want her there would be get information on how to score government contracts; as I dont think she has any business experience in any other field. I used to work in a bookstore and would make displays. I think I'd make a clown book display and include her book on the table.
