Huh??? I'm not sure your point in the subject line.

I'll repost what I have already posted in another thread though:

I was inspired about this idea when I saw a huge pile of pumpkins for sale outside our local grocery store. Wouldn’t it be cool to make some pumpkin carving stencils that say:

1. Ron Paul ‘08
2. Ron Paul 4 Prez
3. www.ronpaul2008.com

Think how great these would look on your porches all lit up! I think it’d be best to do all 3 and have them sitting grouped together so people get the entire message: name recognition, who he is and what he’s doing, and finally a website they can visit for more info. And along with candy for the kids, you could give out Ron Paul DVD’s, audio CD’s and literature to the parents! This would work well in conjunction with the idea over at www.ronpauloween.com.

Thoughts? I recommend we all suggest this as an activity for our Meetup groups in the coming weeks.

Excellent. Don't forget the civil liberties cemetary!

I'm all for doing the jack-o-lanterns and possibly handing out literature to parents... But honestly, if one of my kids had a DVD labeled "Parents Top Secret Play Movie in DVD Player", my first thought would be - This is either some nasty homemade porn or some nasty homemade murder movie. Anyways, I don't know if I would really be relieved to find political stuff, but I would likely think the person who handed those DVDs out is a complete weirdo.

Well, do whatever you're comfortable with. Personally, I don't really care how weird some people think I am. I'm just interested in getting the word out. Though, I agree with you on the DVD; I would make it clear it's a Ron Paul 2008 DVD.

Just a word of caution - people tend to get annoyed if you try to convert kids... (or through them)

I agree. I dont, however see anything wrong with putting a RP2008 button on my kids costume or a bumper sticker on the back of it:)
