Following the successes (especially with neo-cons) mentioned by rodent and others in this thread:

http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=20856

I wanted to start a new thread about collating talking points because I think this approach is a real winner.

Everyone understands the value of MONEY! And as the primaries and then the elections draw near, I think this is going to be just as big an issue as the Iraq War, maybe even bigger, because the increasing loss of value in the dollar and related economic turmoil will be taking effect right here at home.

I've put together links below to some money-related conversation points. You don't have to argue with dems or neo-cons about the Iraq war, terrorism or other hot button issues that stop them from joining the Ron Paul bandwagon, just use any of these conversation points and/or the flier in the thread above, show them the charts and basically scare the heck out 'em (b'cos it is scary), then tell them only Ron Paul is talking about this issue and actually has workable solutions to rectify them.

They will have to make a choice between the dollar in their pockets halving in value and being drafted for war with Iran or keeping the value of their dollar (& no IRS) and staying home.

I really feel the second biggest election issue will turn out be a potential US dollar & economic collapse because believe me, we are rapidly heading in that direction. And the thing is that this issue is closely linked with the war in Iraq. Only Ron Paul is talking about it NOW and only Ron Paul has the right solutions and the knowledge and credibility to deliver the solution.

So the idea is to have some quick facts to use as conversation points, please add any more good ones you find!

Bump. This is important. Grab the flier from the other thread. We need this as a sticky.

Bumping until someone tells me not to or stickies this and the other flier. These resources are critical for conversion of neo-cons. They have opinions on war, but still do not see the financial crisis.

So anyone else have any thoughts about this approach? More videos & articles would be great too.

I dunno... I doubt they are going to listen since Dick Cheney already told them "defecits don't matter."

The David Walker "Wake up" Tour is a big.

When the top accountant in the nation is touring the country to tell people that there isn't enough money and we're in trouble, it sends a message.
