I was waiting for a name to surface, Charges to be filed. The rest of the story.

Seems someone disappeared.
But, of course that kind of thing can't happen. ;)

A second man arrested during a protest, Kyle Gilgen, 18, of Raleigh, N.C., paid $1,278 in restitution this morning for a broken window at a BMW dealership along Baum Boulevard. Gilgen was accused of breaking the window Sept. 24.

In exchange for the restitution, prosecutors dropped more serious charges and Gilgen agreed to plead guilty to a summary disorderly conduct offense.
