"Democracy ALWAYS fails because the majority is able to use the voting booth in order to take rights from the minority. _____________ discussed why having a Constitutional Republic is so important when they said, " ____________ "

How about #3... it is okay to challenge ideas whenever it strikes your fancy. Rigorous ideas will stand up to the challenge of open debate, and that's why we have the first amendment.

Why don't you talk to your little brother about each one and ask him which one seems most important to HIM?????

On edit - once you get it down, practice the words until he has them close to memorized, then have him read it aloud concentrating only on the sound of his voice and the emotion he is trying to project. Let the words illustrate the feelings.

I like number 4. A democracy is like 2 wolves and a sheep deciding what's for dinner....

The responsibility of the citizen is to own a firearm.

How sad is it that this would probably get him in trouble at school. :(
