Great video. FDR opened the flood gates for the type of government we have today. The only sensible person was Reagan, but the biggest problem is that AFTER the USSR fell, military spending should have been cut.

And Clinton's budgets didn't have surpluses. They factored in Social Security and whatever surpluses in so that the budget overall is positive.
