I remembered everyone liked Qaddafi for a while when he suspended his nuclear ambitions.

It baffles the hell out of me. For better or worse, the world is built on negotiation and compromise.

If Qadaffi got up there and started insulting a leader or a country, I could understand them walking out, but to pitch a fit before he says anything seems to defeat the whole damned purpose of the UN.

Oh my - He's attacking the UN. Pointing out that they're too aggressive.

His country is in charge of the UN Security Council this year, btw.
