Massachussets is getting what they voted for. It's one of the most socialist and marxist states in the country. I find it no consolation that this will wake them up, because the people of Mass. are almost too far gone, so even this I don't think will make them question....should Government be able to do this, and what caused them to have such power? Well you idiots. You voted these guys in!

You know something has to be wrong in the water supply when you continuously keep voting in Barney Frank of all people...

To some extent I agree (probably 90% may deserve it). Unfortunately, I live there and can't find a job to be able to afford to move out. Also, the bill passed senate unanimously, but is still in committee in the state house as far as I know.

According to a researcher at the state house, the bill in question was referred to the house Ways and Means Committee on April 30 after passing senate. It has yet to be released from the house committee.

Massachusetts sucks. I want to get the hell out of here!

It's so sad that the place where the American Revolution began -the place that was the beacon of self-determination and liberty for the rest of the colonies- has now succumbed to the very monster it destroyed two centuries ago. You walk through the streets of Boston, visit the Granary Burying Ground, look at the graves of Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, et al, and know the ideals they lived and died for are all but lost today.

Terrible.

"The H1N1 virus has made thousands of people sick, many have died." FEAR MONGERING BULL! Only 500 have died. Even if we go with his numbers over the CDC's (who say that up to 2 million Americans have been infected), 500/thousands is not "many." When will the fear mongering for the vaccine end?

He is wrong, they already can legally do that as long as the President declares a "national emergency." Taking our eyes off the ball, aren't we?

Old.

It's going much further then that now. Forcing you to take it if you want to keep your job, or stay in school, or ride the bus, or go to the grocer store...or do anything.
