I bet the thermometer will flash the million dollar donator's name in flashing lights (or something like that)..

Of course you should have your name in lights anyway just for designing that Ad.

Please donate as soon as possible. Waiting to donate does not help the campaign. By donating now you encourage others which allows them to donate more!

Well if it doesn't get closer within 5 minutes it won't be me that does it with my piddling little $300. :p

I have to go hang up 170 homemade ron paul signs fresh off the assembly line at 10.

watch it get to about 995.000 and stop because everyone is waiting. LOL

Hanging up 170 ron paul signs is worth way more then 300$ anyway! That is priceless :)

It seems like it has really slowed down since the site went down. Does it seem that way to anyone else?

I bet the thermometer jumps straight from 995,000 to 1,025,000 in about 5 seconds just because of all the people trying to do that. None of you will really be able to know if you were the one.

But I'm glad you're trying.

Wow!! What size, design, and location??

cardboard, various sizes from 1'x1' to 2'x3', white primer on one side, stenciled spraypaint.

We had one guy breaking down boxes, another bringing them to the priming area/taking them away to dry, 2 guys with roller priming, and two guys picking out dry signs to spray.

Had 6 people, worked for 3 hours, made 170 signs, at a cost of about 50 cents apiece.

industry is awesome

So how much do you have to donate to show up on the sign?

They slowed the update rate down to once every 40 seconds instead of the 5 seconds it was at before. Must have overwhelmed the server.

I don't think so, because I donated 14.24 a couple of hours ago to even up the counter and I didn't see my name come up. Others have said the same thing too.
