I am cross posting my post (see below) from the Time magazine cover: "Glenn beck Madman, Is Glenn Beck bad for America?" thread (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=210518) because the Time Magazine piece want us to debate whether Beck is Bad or Good for America (manufactured dialectic).

What I want to stress here is that the purpose of the Time Magazine piece is to position Glenn Beck as a defacto leader of the libertarian vector... what I refer to as a false or manufactured "vector leader." If we allow this to happen, Beck will be used as a tool, a weapon, against anyone who possess libertarian points of view.

So, they give us our false vector leaders, like Glenn Beck, and then they use the vector leader to "program" the audience with wacky ideas and promote the "false vector leader" as the real leader. Then they send the false vector leader off the deep-end, make him seem crazy, and attack him in MSM so that all audiences can see that the false vector leader is crazy, hence, the entire vector-set (libertarians) are crazy.

This is why our leaders, if we are going to have any at all (and which I do not recommend), must organically rise from the rank and file so that they accurately represent libertarian values. Adopting false vector leaders, or media idols, is a recipe for self destruction.

The main point here to take away is, that they give us our leaders.

Throw off these false leaders. Do not lets their media actors represent anyone here. This is how they will manage perception of libertarian beliefs, ultimately discrediting them or rendering them moot by formulating convoluted beliefs that bear no resemblance to the teachings of our founding fathers.

So, here we have an example of a Simulacrum (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=206336)in development, right in front of our eyes. Articles such as these are nothing more than propaganda to build up the false vector leader, the simulacrum (manufactured reality) hides the fact that Glenn is not important and does not represent anyone.

The less power they have the more powerful their Simulacra must be. The more lawlessness that exists, the greater the likelihood of manufactured scandal, such as the ACORN BS, in order to convince the public that rule-of-law still exists. Everything is flipped. The bigger the chest beating, the less we have to fear. Why do you think they give us false vector leaders such as AJ?
