Liberals: They are unhappy with America because it isn't socialist enough. They see other countries with more handouts and welfare systems and wish the United States could be the same. On top of this they see that other countries aren't as heavily armed and they hate the fact that the Constitution protects gun ownership. The Constitutution is a huge obstacle to them.

Neocons: They see alot of virtues with America and take pride in the freedoms that this country has. It does have unique freedoms such as the individual right to bear arms but they don't see that it needs improved. If anyone brings up lost freedoms, they call them spoiled and say you don't know how bad it is in other countries. You don't realize how lucky you are. When Ron Paul comes along and points out the problems with the country, they are mortified that anyone would even think that we aren't really that free. Some like Irwin Schiff come along and says there is no law requiring anyone to pay taxes. To Neocons, this is snake oil and it isn't needed because "we don't know how lucky we are to only pay a 15-39 percent tax when in Europe it is 50-70 percent". They see the military as a way to protect the countires present freedoms. When someone says that this isn't needed and the founding fathers were against standing armies, they claim they are unpatriotic and that in todays world we face terrorism.

Constitutionalists or Ron Paul fans: We see that there can be room for improvement, we don't ignore the freedoms we presently have but we think we can do much better. The idea of a country without an income tax is such mainstream to us that it is hard for us to fathom that anyone can disagree with us. We don't see how room for improvement is negative or "snake oil" and because of this we see everyone else as stupid or dishonest.
