Remember that under Kentucky law, if you are going to be 18 on general election day, even though you are still 17 on primary day -- you can vote in the primary! (See http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/KRS/116-00/055.PDF)
When you are talking with someone who is still 17 (or even upper 16), get them registered as a Republican so that they can vote in the primary. They don't have to wait until their 18th birthday to register. They just have to be born on or before 11/2/1992.
I think it would be a good idea to develop a brochure targeted to high school juniors and seniors encouraging them to register Republican and vote for Rand in May. Perhaps these can be distributed at high school football games.
