That is scary. Obama is basically on the level of God-king with the American left.
I fear what is going to happen when he is up for re-election. He will have the entire media and all of Hollywood behind him.
Until, we break the media machine and public education and discredit political correctness, there will never be true liberty in America.

It's a safe republican seat. Miller already lost to Wilson in a big Obama-democrat year in 2008. I doubt in the coming republican-leaning midterms is Miller going to make up for that eight percentage points he lost by already.
Makes me wish Schiff and Rand busted in during the speech and called Obama a liar. They'd be getting all the money and the left wouldn't dare fund Trey Grayson and Rob Simmons like they are Rob Miller. :p

True but big money can make big difference in our capitalistic style electioneering.
A Republican Senator was today asking Wilson to apologize to House, it would get worse for him if GOP did not stand with him. Signs are they wont.

Only if they had done the same during Bush speeches.
RP is a man with class and guts, way he expressed his views boldly at Republican debates, that takes real guts. What Wilson did takes lot of emotions and partisan dislike for Obama.

I noticed that Liberty Star only criticizes Republicans, and not the Democrats, despite them supporting many of the same interventionist policies that Republicans support. You also mention Iraq as much as Guiliani mentions 9/11.

When you or anyone here will start pushing Dem party's values here and confusing them with Libertarian values, you'll see how much I like Dems :) They are both crooks.
Iraq cost is the reason we're in this mess I believe, so it's very important issue in our current affairs.

I see. I am sorry then.

No worries, all good.
I also wonder if Obama was sent as a punishment for Bush/Cheney enablers , Iraqi freedom being a big part of that , so I probably see the effects of his policies with less emotions than some other people here and more as a natural progression. Obama is then a "collective punishment" and sadly his policies would be effecting many good people also. Some people think our internal affairs are not intervened in by divine hand in these times, I'm not so certain on that.
Too bad that money isn't going to a decent candidate, like Schiff or Rand or Kokesh...

Am I reading the title of this thread incorrectly or am I missing something in the linked article. The thread title seems to imply that Wilson's opponent raised a million in the same 48 hour period in which Wilson raised $750,000. I don't think the article makes that claim.

It would be good if the money going to Wilson went to an alternative to him that wasn't a neocon.
It is imperative that we be active in the 2010 primaries that we boot out all incumbents that voted for the bailouts. The neocons need to go like yesterday's cheese.

I wonder what would happen if we reached out for an endorsement in his time of need? ;)
