Ten Reasons Why True Patriotic Citizens Support Ron Paul
1) Ron Paul opposes the IRS boldly and openly. He has called for the abolishment of the income tax for years! Additionally, instead of replacing the IRS with another bureaucratic agency to collect some new tax from the American people he would replace it with NOTHING! Zilch, Zero, Nada! This means no more theft from your paycheck, no more burdensome paperwork, and no more fear of audits by people with the power to ruin you financially. Most importantly, it means more money for you, your family, and your loved ones!
2) Ron Paul opposes big government. He wants to shrink the size of federal government to a much smaller size that is affordable, manageable, and fits within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States of America. Other candidates often claim to have the same desire, but once elected their lust for big government and more spending becomes obvious. By reducing the size and cost of the federal government no replacement to the income tax will be needed.
3) Ron Paul opposes restrictions of your freedom of speech. Unlike many politicians, this candidate opposes "free speech zones", censorship, and regulation of the internet. Instead of being brainwashed by politically correct non-sense he recognizes that NO ONE has the right to "never" be offended. Although he is a steadfast Christian and is open about his faith, he realizes that no one has the right to force their belief on others or censor their speech just because they don't like what is being communicated. Ron Paul might not like what you are saying, but he will fight for your right to openly speak your mind!

Although he is tremendously tough on criminals and those who commit "real" crimes (in which there are victims whose rights have been violated) he realizes owning a firearm is an absolute and non-negotiable right. He has defended the right to personal gun ownership tirelessly. He is a member of the "Gun Owners of America" which is the only no-compromise gun lobby in Washington! No other politicians will fight as hard to protect your right to bare arms as this man!
5) Ron Paul opposes violations of your privacy. He has stated in crystal clear terms you have the right to live your life without warrentless wiretaps, the government spying on you without a court order, and your communications being monitored. For years he has continually fought to oppose the efforts of big government to violate the Fourth Amendment. To put it simply, the person down the street three houses away has no right to violate your privacy and the same goes for the government! There is no difference, period!
