Paul says Constitution is cure for nation

To the editor,

Comedian Groucho Marx said, "Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedies." Boy, does that ever sum up what ails America! And Dr. Ron Paul (www.ronpaul2008.com), more than any other candidate, believes the Constitution is the cure.

Ronald Reagan said it right, "The federal government has taken too much tax money from the people, too much authority from the states, and too much liberty with the Constitution." He also stated, "Government is not a solution to our problem, government is the problem." Ron Paul, the "Champion of the Constitution" agrees.

Reagan himself said of him, "Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country."

Jack , president, National Federation of Independent Businesses said, "Congressman Ron Paul is a true friend of small business ... He is committed to a pro-small-business agenda of affordable health insurance, lower taxes, tort reform, and the elimination of burdensome mandates." Heavy taxes and over-regulation have sent too many jobs away.

Reagan also said, "Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

Yep, wrong remedies. Preserve our Constitution, vote Dr. Paul for president.
