No matter what you think about Ron Paul, one thing is clear: he has changed the face of politics forever. Despite the plethora of politicians who will refuse to admit it, Ron Paul has educated the American people in fundamental, pragmatic ways which will profoundly effect elections in years to come. Gone are the days when a smooth talking politician can get up and talk his way over a crowd of people, especially if he is carrying baggage of lobbyist funding and controversial voting records. Anyone running for office had better upgrade from asbestos boxers to Kevlar.

Not only are Americans angry, but they are also hungry. They are hungry for truth, for authenticity. Although they may not be able to define it, they know it when they see it. One such patriot is Adam Kokesh, a young ex-marine who voiced his displeasure at the Iraq war with its incongruence's and apparent profiteering. An article on alibi.com captures Kokesh's clear headed thought and desire to see our country restored to its Constitutional roots. Kokesh succinctly identifies the problem we are now facing with government as "statism".

"Statism is the belief or the inclination of society to turn to government to solve their problems, to turn to systems of force and violence and coercion rather than creating means of cooperative collaboration to better humanity."

That was an extremely awesome and friendly article. Is Adam's incumbent opponent getting articles in the paper too? Does Adam have primary opponents?
