I have a number of friends who are not very involved in politics because they hate both parties. I'd like to be able to point my friends in the direction of KentuckyFight.com to show them that there's a movement to reform the Republican party, and this is how to do it. The story about Rand Paul having a grassroots fundraiser while Trey Grayson has a DC insider dinner party is a great story, but it's not the whole story.

What the site needs is an explanation of WHY we should be contrbuting to Rand's campaign. What sets him apart from the establishment Republicans? Why should my friends in New Jersey care who wins a Republican primary in Kentucky?

That should be on the main page, in a fairly prominent place. Don't assume the reader knows the whole back story. Tell them the whole story right there.

Thanks!

I've got a short intro to him at the bottom of the page as well as a link to Rand's official site. Feel free to add any text suggestions.

If someone wants to point me out to his best speech or speech compilation video, I'll happily add it.
